The Eduardo L. Lopez Scholarship Foundation was founded in March 2021 by Eduardo Lopez. A graduate of Old Dominion University and William & Mary Law School, Eduardo Lopez sincerely believes that education is a right that should be afforded to everyone. In establishing this Scholarship Foundation, he strives to bridge the educational gap that exists for under-represented students in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
